Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging and challenging the demand notice dated 18.06.2024 (Annexure No. 1) to the writ petition. 3. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had preferred an appeal and during the pendency of appeal, a demand notice was issued. It is stated that the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ petition i.e. Writ C No. 22239 of 2019, which was disposed of on 03.08.2022 whereby the order dated 01.07.2019 was quashed and the matter was remanded to decide the matter afresh. It is stated that despite directions for deciding the matter afresh, no fresh order has been passed and once again a recovery notice has been issued. 4. Finding the said recovery notice to be clearly contrary to the order dated 03.08.2022, the same cannot be sustained and is quashed. It is directed that fresh order shall be passed in terms of the directions issued in the judgment dated 03.08.2022 in accordance with law with all expedition. 5.
