The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing the F.I.R. dated 03.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 398/2025, under Section 87 B.N.S.,Police Station-Kheri, District Kheri. 3. The neat contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner No. 1 and 2 have married out of their own freewill.The F.I.R. in question itself indicates that the age of the petitioner No.2 is about 25 years. The nikahnama is also on record. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are major and have solemnized marriage out of their own freewill, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the F.I.R. pending, as such, F.I.R.in question i.e.F.I.R. dated 03.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 398/2025, under Section 87 B.N.S.,Police Station- Kheri, District Kheri is quashed. 5.
