The Court made the following order:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 3 and 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from land to an extent of Acs.2.50 cents in Sy.No.18/B3 and an extent of Ac.0.57 cents in Sy.No.18/B4 of Mulakaluru Village, Narsaraopet Mandal, without issuing any notice and without following any due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed instructions dated 06.03.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar, Narsaraopet Mandal.
3. On perusal of the same, it is stated that though the land of the petitioner was inspected so as to provide house sites to weaker sections under YSR Housing Programme during the year 2020, they have not taken any steps to dispossess the petitioner. It is further stated in the instructions that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject lands.
4. The instructions dated 06.03.2025 are placed on record.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession over the subject lands except in accordance with law.
6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
