It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that vide order dated 07.11.2023 the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court where-after the parties sat together and settled their dispute and, thus, there is no further dispute and, therefore, the impugned proceedings against the applicant may be quashed. 3. Learned A.G.A., appearing for the State, has no objection. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant as well as report placed by the Mediator dated 22.04.2025 appended with the settlement agreement, it is evident that the parties have settled their dispute and the mediation between the parties succeeded. 5. In view of foregoing reasons, the proceedings of Case No.9163/2012 (State Vs. Ram Singh), arising out of Case Crime No.0299 of 2011, lodged at Police Station Bikapur, District Faizabad/Ayodhya, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III Faizabad, including the summoning order dated 25-1-2012 and charge-sheet No.- 87/11 filed in the aforesaid case crime under section 323/504/506 I.P.C. and 3(1) (X) S.C. and S.T. Act are hereby quashed. 6. The application is, allowed, accordingly. .
