The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 32/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. On 19.02.2025 at about 1:00 P.M., named accused persons are alleged to have fired at brother of the informant due to which he sustained injuries. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S.
