The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the F.I.R. dated 03.03.2025 registered as Crime No. 0058/2025,under Sections 352 (2), 352, 142, 87 B.N.S., Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh. 3. It is contended that the petitioner No. 1 and 2 are major and have performed marriage out of their own sweet will. Documents in support of age proof have been annexed and a certificate issued by Shri Gomteshwar Mahadev Samitee, Jaunpur as per Hindu rites and rituals has also been annexed. 4. It is further contended that the petitioner No. 3 is friend of petitioner No.2 and has been falsely implicated. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner No. 1 and 2 have performed marriage out of their own sweet will and are major, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the F.I.R.pending, as such, F.I.R.in question i.e. dated 03.03.2025 registered as Crime No. 0058/2025,under Sections 352 (2), 352, 142, 87 B.N.S., Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh is quashed. 6.
