It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that All India Council for Technical Education has extended the approval for Academic Year 2025-2026 to the petitioner and in this regard on 20.03.2025, the Principal Secretary, U.P. Government has also been apprised about the aforesaid factual aspects but no decision has been taken by respondent no.2. The petitioner has already filed representation on 03.05.2025 but to no heed has been paid. Learned counsel has further submitted that in case affiliation is not granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss. In view of the above, the respondent no.2 is directed to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025 keeping in mind the approval letter of All India Council for Technical Education dated 20.03.2025, expeditiously, say, within a week from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
