Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned Senior Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of the State and submits that the venue is available. Accordingly, the petitioner will inform the authorities concerned who would grant permission to them subject to reasonable restrictions as is ordinarily imposed to each and every applicant who applies for using the venue being at Haji Mohammad Mohsin Square, Kolkata. The petitioner would also inform the number of persons who would be participating in the said progreamme as well as the name of 10 organizers who would be available for contacting with the police authorities in case any crisis and/or any situation arise which is blown out of proportion. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5845 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
