I.A.No.1 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5, seeking to compound the offences and, consequently, to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.962 of 2024, on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,Tanuku. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5, seeking to compromise the offences between the parties, and a joint memo has been filed. 4. The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 and respondent No.2 are present before this Court. They have produced their respective Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. The affidavit seeking leave of the Court for quash C.C.No.962 of 2024 are perused, and the joint memo has also been perused. I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are accordingly allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed, and the proceedings against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 in C.C.No.962 of 2024, on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku, are hereby quashed.
