The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner's institution is not upload in the suitability list of the institution on the portal of Indian Nursing Council i.e. opposite party no. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a direction may be issued to take decision on the representation of the petitioner which he is proposing to file before the opposite party no. 6. Sri Rajiv Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 6 states that he has no objection to take decision on the matter. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 6 within a period of one week from today and the same shall be decided within two weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is finally disposed of.
