Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State- opposite parties no.1 and 2 and Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.4. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no.3 is dispensed with. 3. The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the Additional Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow (opposite party no.1) to decide the interim relief application dated 06.10.2023 filed in Appeal No.C- 20171000566, Ram Khelawan and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, within a stipulated period. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that the next date fixed in the case is 14.07.2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid, opposite party no.1 is directed to take a decision on the application dated 06.10.2023 filed by the petitioners on 14.07.2025 itself. In case the application is not decided on that date due to unavoidable circumstances, then the same will be decided in the third week of July, 2025 and not later than 21.07.2025. Till 15.07.2025, status-quo shall be maintained by the parties. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction the petition is disposed of. . (Brij Raj Singh, J.)
