This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned FIR dated 06.05.2025 lodged in Case Crime No.0163 of 2023 U/S 191(2), 191(3), 329(3), 115(2), 352, 333, 131, 326 (e) Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S.) Police Station Kotwali Lalganj District- Pratapgarh." Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions received by him, says that Charge Sheet No.01 of 2025 has been prepared and submitted to the Supervisory Authority by the Investigating Officer on 18.05.2025. It is not mentioned in the instruction as to whether the Supervisory Authority has further submitted the same to the Magistrate concerned. Instructions sent by Sri Vivek Kumar, Sub Inspector, P.S. Lalganj, Pratapgarh, are taken on record. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer (Supervisory Authority) concerned, before whom the Sub Inspector P.S. Lalganj has submitted the Charge Sheet No.01 of 2025 within a week from today, in case the petitioners wish to submit something in their defence.
