The instant application has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite party for disobeying the Court's order dated 6.5.2025 passed in Writ A No. 5006 of 2025. 3. From perusal of the record, it is clear that despite expiry of time, granted to decide the revision of the petitioner, opposite party has not decided the revision of the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 6.5.2025, though the order of the writ Court was sent to opposite party through registered post on 10.5.2025 as such prima facie contempt is made out against the opposite party. 4. However, one more opportunity is given to opposite party to comply with the order date 6.5.2025 passed in Writ A No. 5006 of 2025 within a period of one month from the date of receiving a copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that in case the opposite party fails to comply with the order dated 6.5.2025, the Court shall proceed against him by framing charge. 6. Applicant is at liberty to file fresh contempt application if order of writ Court is not complied with. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
