JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 24.02.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. 2. Instant petition under Section 483 BNSS is filed for release of the petitioner on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1812 of 2024 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar corresponding to Keonjhar Town P.S. Case No.572 of 2024 on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1 and the rejection order i.e. Annexure-2. 4. The chargesheet is already filed as informed to the Court. It is submitted that the petitioner was working under a scrap dealer. The theft is in relation to a four-wheeler which is claimed to have been recovered later on. Recorded the objection of learned counsel for the State, according to whom, the accused having number of criminal cases to his credit. However, having regard to the fact that the investigation is concluded with the recovery of the alleged vehicle and the submission that the accused was working with a scrap dealer at the relevant point of time, the Court is of the view that he should be allowed go on bail with stringent conditions. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the petition under Section 483 BNSS stands allowed. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1812 of 2024 arising out of Keonjhar Town P.S. Case No.572 of 2024 subject to him furnishing a bail bond of Rs.40,000/-(rupees forty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar, who shall impose such other suitable conditions besides the following, such as, he shall not involve himself in similar criminal activities after being released. 7.
