Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Officer-in-Charge of Laharighat Police Station has already furnished the Page No.# 2/2 report and it is stated that one Laharighat P.S. Case No.301/2020 is pending against the present petitioner, but no fresh case has been registered against the present petitioner at Laharighat Police Station till date. In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any case is registered against him.
