Considering the nature of the allegations, the present petition is disposed off directing that subject to the petitioner co- operating with the investigation, the petitioner shall not be arrested in FIR No.465 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336, 340(2) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali, District Gonda till filing of the police report under Section 193(3) of BNSS.
