Learned counsel for the applicant- petitioner states that an inadvertent error has crept in the memo of parties to the writ petition as the petitioner has incorrectly mentioned his place of posting as GSSS Rajol, District Kangra, whereas his place of posting is office of Chief Medical Officer Kullu, District Kullu. Accordingly prayer has been made for correcting the error. In view of pleadings and submissions made, application is allowed. Memo of parties in the writ petition is ordered to be corrected qua petitioner’s place of posting as mentioned in the application. Corrected memo of parties filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Register is also directed to carry out necessary corrections in the memo of parties. The application to stand disposed of.
