This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioners, namely, Page No.# 2/2 Moktar Hussain, apprehending arrest in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 279/2025 registered u/s 64(1)/62/3(5) of BNS (Corresponding to GR Case No. 530/2025). 3. It is submitted by the prosecution that in the meantime, upon completion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim bail on 24.06.2025. 5. In view of completion of investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition:- (a) He shall be available for the trial; (b) He shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. 6.
