The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in not registering the case on her complaint dated 21.02.2025. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent has visited the house of the petitioner and also caused an enquiry on the issue. It is informed that the petitioner’s son has marital disputes with his wife and that the 3rd respondent has counseled the petitioner’s son and his wife to redress their grievance before the competent family Court and also suggested the petitioner and her son to work out their remedies before the competent Court as the issue relates to family dispute between the petitioner’s son and his wife. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 5.
