No.4835 of 2025. By virtue of the said order, the petitioner/respondent No.1 herein has been directed to be permitted to get registered for final examination of BDS Course. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the petitioner cannot be permitted to appear in the examination in terms of the relevant regulations, which envisage that a candidate has to complete the entire course within a period of nine years. It is stated that since the petitioner was 2 HCJ & RRR, J W.A. No: 424 of 2025 admitted in the course in the academic year 2015-16, she ought to have completed the course by 2024 in terms of the regulations, which condition the petitioner has failed to fulfill. Reliance is also placed upon the judgment of this Court passed in W.A. No.235 of 2025. 3. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. It appears that the order impugned was passed as early as in February, 2025 and the writ appeal has been preferred at a belated stage accompanied by an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of eight days in preferring the present writ appeal. Pursuant to the orders passed by the learned single Judge, it is stated that the petitioner has since undertaken one examination and a few more are to follow, which shall finish by 02.05.2025. Since the matter is still sub judice before the learned single Judge, we dispose of the present appeal only with a direction that the results of the petitioner/respondent No.1 herein shall not be declared till such time as the writ petition is finally decided by the learned single Judge.
