Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the opposite party no. 3 with respect to non- compliance of guidelines issued in terms of 'Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others' in complaint filed by the petitioner." 3. Considering the mandate of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Versus Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent authorities to take steps in pursuance to the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari (Supra).
