By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.According to the petitioner, her mother, Ammani Ammal, purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 25.02.1961. After the demise of the petitioner's mother, the patta was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.204. The petitioner submitted an online application on 03.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/14/004148, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.17868 of 2025 6.
