The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 51/2025(N) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 44/2025, for the offences registered under Section 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 21(b), 22 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 5.78 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
