Petitioner’s case is that after rendering service for 09 years and 09 months as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at Government High School Jammuhar, under complex GSSS Luddu, District Chamba, stated to be a sub- cadre area, he has preferred a representation on 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents/competent authority, seeking transfer to a soft station of his choice. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 His grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
