In the mediation proceedings, the judgment debtor has paid a sum of Rs.70,000/- to the respondent finance Company. The same has also been accepted by the respondent finance Company as full and final settlement of the dues. 3.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication is called for in this revision petition. E.P.No.248 of 2018 shall stand terminated. 4.With the above said observations, this civil revision petition stands closed. No costs.
