Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 to 6 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 7 and 8 herein and that respondents 2 to 5 are not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2025. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition, directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 7 and 8 without following the due process of law and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2025 and follow the procedure as contemplated under provisions of 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
