I have quashed the proceedings of the fourth respondent in attempting to bring the fishery rights in the tanks, which vests with the temple for auction. The same reasoning applies to this writ petition also. 2. Accordingly, the impugned auction proceedings dated 03.08.2022 in Panchayath Form No.6 Receipt Nos.304703, 304704, 304705, 304706, 304709, and 304710, respectively, by his Tender Notice dated 10.07.2022 insofar as the Vannan Kulam, Ponmettukuttai, Ayyanaar Koil Kulam, Kaaterikulam, Poomaandikulam, and Sudukaattukulam, which are mentioned in Serial Nos. 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 12, are quashed. No costs.
