The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned notice dated 21.02.2019 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH -2- direct the respondent authorities to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of patta. 10.3 Any other relief deemed fit in the present facts and circumstances of this case may also be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that prior to issuance of notice dated 21.02.2019, the petitioner had moved representations before respondent No.5 for grant of lease according to circular dated 29.12.2016 and those representations have not been decided yet. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Mahobia. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has raised construction over the Government land and at the same time, he made representations for grant of lease, prior to issuance of notice dated 21.02.2019. The present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to decide pending representations of the petitioner preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 6.
