Heard both sides. 2. The first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.16664 of 2022 for shifting two electric poles through which the appellant is receiving electricity supply. 3. The appellant has no objection as such for shifting of the electricity poles so long as he gets electricity service and so long as he is not fastened with any financial liability. 4. We direct the TANGEDCO to comply with the order of the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3 W.A.(MD)NO.1354 OF 2023 learned single Judge without fastening any financial liability on the appellant. The appellant as well as the writ petitioner shall not raise any objection for installing two electric poles in the cart track. This writ appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
