Petitioner is serving as Additional Assistant Engineer in Rural Works Department, Bageshwar. He was transferred from Takula Division, Almora to Bhikiyasain Division within the same District vide order dated 05.12.2024 passed by Chief Engineer, Level-1, Rural Works Department. Challenging his transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined at the transferred place during the pendency of the writ petition. After unconditional joining at the transferred place, the validity of impugned transferred order cannot be gone into. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the transferring authority against the stipulation made in the transfer order that it is on administrative ground. 5. If petitioner makes such representation within two weeks from today, the competent authority shall look into the matter and pass 2025:UHC:9453 appropriate order, as per law within ten weeks thereafter. 6.
