Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 99 of 2025 arising out of Panki P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-A), 25(1-B) (a), 26(2), 25(6) and 35 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 28.10.2024, Panki Police apprehended this petitioner along with co- accused persons from a place near Karimarti Forest Area. On search, one pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, while one AK-47 was recovered from the possession of co-accused Shrawan Uraon 4. Learned A.P.P has submitted that the petitioner is an accused in many as five cases. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
