Brown, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. P. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Education (Secondary) Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. [2] Ms. M.K. Brown, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Page No.# 2/2 grievance of the petitioner School is that although it is a recognized venture School but the School has not been enlisted as one of the beneficiaries to get “Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Asoni”, in terms of the Guidelines made in this regard vide Office Memorandum dated 19.07.2024 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition). Although the petitioner appears to have approached the All Assam Junior College Association with their grievance but no specific name has been written in their representation submitted by the said Association on 07.10.2024. [4] Therefore, considering the fact that the petitioner having not approached the respondent authority concerned by itself, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a concise representation before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, i.e. the respondent No.2, seeking enlistment for financial assistance in terms of the Office Memorandum dated 19.07.2024, within a period of 10(ten) days from today. The respondent No.2, upon receipt of the application, shall consider the same and pass appropriate order(s) within a period of 1(one) month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is also provided herein that if such decision is to be taken at the Government level, the respondent No.2 shall take necessary steps in that regard for seeking the approval of the Government.
