The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/10/2025 at 12:52:37 particularly to para 29 thereof, to contend that finding has been recorded by this Court to the effect that the present petition has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner was not having the OBC-NCL certificate as on the cut off date i.e. 25.02.2025, the last date for making an application. 2. He invites attention of the Court to the information received by the petitioner under the RTI Act, which has been placed on record alongwith the present application at page 12, to submit that as many as 05 selected candidates were possessing OBC-NCL certificates that had been issued after the cut off date of 25.02.2025 and were granted admission. 3. He further contends that one candidate was having the certificate issued on 06.12.2014, whereas the petitioner’s certificate was of the year 2013, which was ignored by the respondents. 4. He contends that the respondents have not applied the same yardstick in case of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Niyazi, the respondents are directed to file an affidavit and place on record the copies of the certificates, as well as, the courses offered to the candidates, alongwith their date of joining, mentioned at serial nos. 1, 9, 11, 12, 13 & 14 of the RTI document at page 12 of the application. 6.
