This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure preferred for modifying the conditions of bail order to the extent that two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned as directed by the Court while enlarging on bail in Case Crime No. 503 of 2023 under Section 379, 411, 413 IPC in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36369 of 2024 decided on 05.11.2024 be treated to be the bail bonds/common surety with respect to other five cases which have been enumerated in para 10 being Case Crime No. 484 of 2023, 492 of 2023, 493 of 2023, 504 of 2023 and 505 of 2023 in which the applicant stands released on bail as reflected in para 10 of the application and a copy whereof is annexed as Annexure 1 reference whereof in para 11. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to rely upon the decision in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohamad Imran @ Vikky Vs. State of U.P. 2019(1) UP or R 407 so as to contend that the Hon'ble Apex Court had directed to accept one personal bond and the same bond shall hold good for all the other cases. 3. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submission of the rival parties as well as the stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to treat the conditions mentioned in the order dated 05.11.2024 Criminal Misc. Application No. 36369 of 2024 as applicable to all other five cases.
