The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(ii). To issue an order or direction thereby directing the learned Civil Judge (JD), Raebareli to decide the interim injunction application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC dated 25.05.2018 by the petitioner along with the Regular Suit No. 603/2018 (Ramashre and others versus G.M. Vishakha Industries Pvt. Ltd) if possible on the next date fixed i.e. 11.07.2025 as well as the Regular Suit No. 603/2018 (Ramashre and others Vs. G.M. Vishakha Industries Pvt. Ltd.) within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
