JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER Date : 30.07.2025 1. Heard Mr. P. P. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 20.06.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public prosecutor has produced the case diary of Sonapur P.S. Case No. 95/2025 and has submitted that though the statement of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have been recorded by the Investigating Officer, the statement of the petitioner of petitioner No. 1 is not there in the case diary. He also submits that there are materials to indicate that there is no incriminating material against the present petitioners in the case diary. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 20.06.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
