The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to command the opposite parties to take necessary action regarding the grievances of the petitioner raised in her application dated 31.05.2025 as contained in Annexure no.3 to the petition and also protect her and her family members life and personal liberty as well as property from the opposite party no.4 to 10 and also take the necessary action against them. 3. Considering the mandate of the judgment in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of U.P. and others; (2014) 2 SCC 1 (supra), the respondent no.2 is directed to take steps on the application filed by the petitioner in the light of the directions given by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari (supra). The said decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
