Therefore, the Court directed the 3rd respondent to take decision based on the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents failed to take decision till now. 4.Therefore, this Court is directing the 3rd respondent to conduct a fresh enquiry and pass orders strictly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
