The said land was not acquired by the first respondent for establishing the Adi Dravidar Welfare Colony. 4.Accordingly, the respondents are hereby directed not to interfere with the petitioner's right and not to prevent him from putting up the fence in the petitioner's properties in S.Nos.527/3B and 3C, situated at Kaatu Paramakudi Village, Paramakudi Town, Ramanathapuram District. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
