Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the competent authority to conclude inquiry and pass final order as early as possible. 3. Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited assured that final inquiry shall be concluded within six weeks. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Disciplinary Authority to have the final inquiry concluded within six months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
