Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.6263 of 2022 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, for alleged offences under Sections 270, 273 of IPC. It is further submitted that the 2 subject matter of this criminal petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court dated 18.12.2019 passed in Crl.P.No.5421 of 2019 and batch. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State do not refute to the above submissions. 5. Considering the submissions and upon perusing the entire material on record, this Court deems fit to allow the criminal petition in terms of the above said common order. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed, in terms of the common order of this Court dated 18.12.2019 passed in Crl.P.No.5421 of 2019 and batch. The proceedings in C.C.No.6263 of 2022 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, is hereby quashed. 7. The Registry is directed to attached a copy of the common order of this Court dated 18.12.2019 passed in Crl.P.No.5421 of 2019 and batch, to this order. 8.
