The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 50 of 2025, under Sections 140(2), 84, 87, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of BNS 2023, Police Station Piparpur, District Amethi and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions received by him, submits that final report has already been prepared in the matter. 4. In view of above, cause for filing the instant writ petition does not survive as on today. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
