Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the respondents herein made attempts to interfere and dispossess the petitioners herein from the suit schedule property, the petitioners herein filed OS No.81 of 2024 on the file of the learned ^4 2 Junior Civil Judge, Naidupeta for grant of permanent injunction against them. He further submits that along with the said suit the petitioners also filed lA No. 124 of 2024 for grant of temporary injunction and the respondents filed their counter in the said lA long back. He submits that though there is threat of dispossession, so far no orders have been passed by the trial Court in the said lA and the matter is being adjourned from time to time. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said lA as expeditiously as possible. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Naidupeta, is directed to dispose of IA No. 124 of 2024 in OS No.81 of 2024, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date 3. of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
