The affidavits disclose that the amount due to the applicant as interest has been calculated and Rs. 45,470/- has been credited in the account of the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
