Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been with the following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Parties not to disturb and interfere in the matrimonial life of the petitioners and further not to harass the petitioners and family members of the petitioner no.2 in any manner in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major and have performed marriage out of their own sweet will. High School Examination certificates in relation to proof of age of the petitioners have been annexed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition and certificate of Arya Samaj Shivpuri Kamti, Chinhat, Lucknow has been annexed as Annexure 2 as a proof of performance of marriage between the parties. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that after recording the statement of girl under Section 183 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, she has been sent in the custody of her husband i.e. petitioner No.2. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities not to cause harassment or interference in the matrimonial life of both the petitioners.
