Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2020 under Sections 448 and 506 of IPC and Section 24 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act. A crime has been registered against the complainant in the above said crime and two others, basing on the endorsement of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali, on the complaint of the petitioner herein. After completion of investigation, it was concluded as a false complaint. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
