Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prince Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.,Alok Srivastava Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J. 1. Heard the counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State as well as Sri Alok Kumar Mishra holding brief of Sri Alok Srivastava who appears for the respondent no.4. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR dated 04.06.2025 bearing FIR No.0329 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 115(2), 103(1), 351(3) BNS, P.S. Gangaghat, District Unnao, in which, the petitioner is an accused and the allegations were levelled that all the accused have caused the murder and have hanged the body on plan. 3. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the postmortem report does not indicate any injury and thus, the petitioner has been falsely implicated. 4. Be that as it may, the fact remains that serious allegations have been levelled against all the accused. Prima-facie, no good ground for quashing of the FIR is made out. 5. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail such remedy as may be prescribed under the law.
