Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-authorities not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and have performed marriage out of their sweet will. Necessary documents in relation to age proof have been annexed with the writ petition. It is further contended that no first information report has been lodged in the instant case. 4. Considering the material on record and the submissions made, a case for grant of relief stands made out. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities not to cause any harassment or any interference in the matrimonial life of the petitioners.
