Bang, learned GA for the respondents No. 1-3 had produced a communication dated 24th April 2025, showing that the family pension of the writ petitioner has since been approved and that nothing remains for consideration. 2. This Court on the prayer of Mr. R. Pahsyntiew, learned counsel had adjourned the matter to allow him to receive instructions. Today however, he submits that he is not in contact with the writ petitioner and as such, could not obtain the required instructions. 3. Be that as it may, in view of the approval order dated 24th April 2025, which is on record and also a communication dated 15th May 2025, addressed to the Accountant General (A&E), Meghalaya, Shillong, with 2025:MLHC:948 3 regard to the approval of the grant of family pension of the writ petitioner, this Court deems it fit to close this matter at this stage, by directing that the entire process shall be completed at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3(three) months from the date of this order, and the family pension be released to the writ petitioner. 4.
