The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to command the opposite party no.3 to lodge the FIR and take appropriate action against the opposite party no.4 to 10, in the light of the judgment in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of U.P. and others; (2014) 2 SCC 1. 3. Considering the mandate of the judgment in the case of Lalita Kumari (supra), the respondent no.2 is directed to take steps on the application filed by the petitioner in the light of the directions given by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari (supra). The said decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
